Thank you so much for considering me as your artist! Be sure to review the FAQ page prior to submitting a booking form to see all of my current policies.

Do NOT submit a form if you are under the age of 18.

Please only submit a form if you are prepared to make a deposit.

Allow up to 72 hours for the initial and subsequent email responses.

Check your spam folder if you have not received a response within 72 hours. I will ALWAYS respond.

For cosmetic work (brows/liner/etc) use the second form below labeled “Cosmetic Tattoo Contact Form”.
